“Comfortable. Nothing memorable about the hotel itself, though the people there were nice. Well located near museums and bars and within walking distance of the sights such as Roman ruins. There was a breakfast in the morning, but we didn't purchase it, though they did give us free coffee.”

“Very kind and helpful owner, thanks to him our stay was perfect. Room was perfectly clean and newly furnished, couldn't be better”

“My room was pleasant, comfortable and quiet, with a little safe. It could do with better space for hanging clothes. But it had its own terrace with a little table and chairs. Bathroom was lovely. The cleanliness couldn't be faulted. Breakfast (an extra) was a good continental style buffet in the bright lobby. The staff have all been courteous and friendly, ready to be of assistance. The hotel is well placed for visiting the historic centre of Arles and the museums. A bus to the railway station stops very close by. The only down side I found was that the immediate surroundings were not well lit at night, but that improves a little further on. I have had a perfectly comfortable stay!”

“Small, but spotless room with bath, separate WC, mini fridge and kettle. Rooftop view. Room does need more outlets. Great value midweek, off season. Good European brekkie. The staff I interacted with were friendly, helpful and spoke English. Perfect for the solo traveler and doable for a couple traveling light. The location is proximate to a grocery, cafes, bakeries and the Tourist Office. In a couple of blocks, you’re in the amazing old part of Arles and perhaps 10 minutes on foot from the river walk, 20 minutes from the train station. Contrary to some reviews, there does not appear to be anything ‘unsafe’ about the area. Also, Arles is an ancient and dense small city with limited parking. What would one expect? It’s easy to figure out parking before booking, so why bash the hotel? I was pleased with my stay and will return in a few weeks, especially if they maintain their highly competitive rates.”
